Refund policy

We hope you love your ERY pieces. If something isn’t quite right, unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale and final-sale items are also non-returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
